Notchbooks is pleased to introduce our new and improved client portal for individuals and sole proprietors, now live and ready for use.

A Simple, Focused Experience
The portal is intentionally streamlined into three main areas: Home, Documents, and Organizer. Clients see only what is relevant to their tax preparation, helping reduce confusion and overwhelm.

Smart, Personalized Information Collection
Clients are shown only the questions that apply to their situation, making the organizer faster, clearer, and easier to complete.

Enhanced Document Uploads
When a driver’s license is uploaded, key details such as state, license number, date of birth, and expiration date are automatically captured, eliminating the need for manual entry.

Prior Year Information Carryforward
Returning clients will see prior year information pre populated, allowing them to review and update details rather than start from scratch.

Secure, Modern Access
Just as with our previous portal, multi factor authentication, session timeout alerts, and encrypted storage protect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers and bank details.

You will receive an email with a link to create your login. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

You may notice that not all of your files are in the portal yet. Please note that we are currently migrating all client folders from the old portal to the new system. This process is underway, and we expect it to be completed within the next week.
